As the Internet Blogosphere seems to be pretty American, I’ve been hearing an awful lot about p90x. After reading the fit test that is recommended before you even start, I felt that perhaps the X wasn’t quite for me. So, I went back to the original (older) version of the workout. Its much, much more repetitive and doesn’t promise such a life changing, well, change. It will give me the basis of my fitness back however, which is what I really really want. So, my plan is 90 days. 6 Days a week. Cardio 1-2 one one day, followed by Sculpt 1-2 the next. Then after 30 days move up to level 3-4, then another 30 days and move up to 5-6 from the Power 90 Master Series. I have my brand new shiny resistance bands and my calendar all printed out and empty looking.
A word of warning – Power 90 is an American thing, so won’t play in our European Region 2 DVD players, you need a region free player that can be tricky to get hold of.
